This is our most common rate. It allows you to change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to two days before your arrival. You won’t be charged a cancellation fee as long as you meet the cancellation conditions and deadline. This rate is particularly suitable if your travel dates are still subject to change.
The Green rate is exclusively for travelers arriving in Rouen via a mode of transportation with low CO₂ emissions: train, bicycle, or bus.
To encourage this practice, the Hôtel Cardinal offers you a 7% discount off the Flexible rate. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to two days before your arrival. You may simply be asked to provide proof of transportation upon arrival.
By choosing this rate, you’ll receive a 10% discount. In exchange, the full amount for your stay must be paid at the time of booking. It’s a win-win situation: you immediately enjoy a lower rate and definitively confirm your stay with the hotel.
